Play With Cece LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. This policy explains (a) how a copyright owner can report infringing material, and (b) how to report stolen or leaked content belonging to Cece.

1. Reporting content that infringes YOUR copyright

2. Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, along with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

3. Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

4. Reporting content STOLEN from Cece

If you have found Cece's photos or videos posted or sold without authorization on another website, app, or platform, please help us by emailing [email protected] with the link(s). Cece and Play With Cece LLC actively pursue takedowns of leaked and stolen content. Distributing Cece's content without permission is copyright infringement and may violate other laws.

5. AI-assisted works

Original and AI-assisted works created for Cece are the property of Play With Cece LLC and are protected to the fullest extent permitted by law. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
